Humaniti is the very first “advanced vertical community” in Montreal. It comprises five distinct uses: condominiums, rental apartments, offices, commercial spaces, and a 4-star hotel. This is the very first project of its kind in Canada.

Located in the heart of the dynamic Quartier international de Montréal (Montreal International Borough), the new multi-use tower offer 685,000 sq. ft on 39 floors. The highest part of the building will reach 120 metres up in the sky.

The project offers 314 rental apartments, 151 condominiums ranging from 400 to 3,000 sq.ft, private elevators, a pool and an exclusive Sky Lounge. It also comprises 63,162 sq. ft. of offices and 18,820 sq. ft. for commercial purposes. Finally, it hosts a lounge-bar, a 100-seat restaurant, meeting rooms and a reception, and five floors of underground parking.

Since March 2022, the residential rental portion of the complex has received WELL Silver certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The project is still working towards LEED certification for the entire project.
