Training on Value Analysis in Montréal
How to integrate value analysis to your projects so as to improve their management?
Following the success encountered last February in Québec, a second training event will take place on April 28th in Montréal. This half-day training is held by the association of the Canadian Society of Value Analysis.
Charles ABOUKHALED will detail the benefits of the value analysis as part of project management, especially in projects that involve many stakeholders with various needs to meet. He will develop on how value analysis helps to identify win-win solutions for all stakeholders. Mr. ABOUKHALED will also compare what is being done elsewhere with what is being done in Québec and in Canada.
