MTQ developed Train de l’Est to make up for the lack of transit services in eastern and northeastern Montreal. This ambitious project includes the construction of ten new stations that should be able to transport 5,500 commuters during rush hour.  Macogep is the project management consultant for MTQ, and its mission is to check the quality of the information conveyed to MTQ in the monthly report on the management of this highly publicized project. Macogep’s recommendations will help to improve the content of the monthly report and give MTQ a realistic picture of the development of the project and the potential risks. Mission accomplished.
