Previously the Crédit Lyonnais Bank Tower, the Opus 12 Tower is a skyscraper in the hearth of Paris’ business district, in France, and managed by Axa Reim France. Floors 15 to 19 being empty, the owner wishes to renovate them so they can be rented. The project includes:

• Renovation of floors and common areas, rest rooms and elevators, in compliance with the Tower’s identity;
• Modernization of technical installations, lights, air conditioning and heating, amongst others.

It must be specified that the building has been renovated over the last few years, and that all common areas shall present a homogeneous design.
