The Société de transport de Montréal (Montreal Public Transit Corporation) must build a new transport hub in view of the arrival of new buses. The new Stinson Centre will host 300 buses and electrical vehicles. As the land is delimited by railroads on two sides, this new center allowed to revitalize this industrial site.

The construction of this two-storey building included:

  • Indoor garage for regular and articulated buses;
  • Supply areas;
  • Maintenance areas for light mechanics and bodyworks;
  • Facilities for employees: dressing rooms, offices, rooms and parking lots;
  • Outdoor parking lot.
