The City of Montreal is renovating several of its infrastructures under the supervision of the Direction des infrastructures (Infrastructure Management), overlooking planning and execution of the works. As the City is looking forward to receiving best quality at price services, Macogep is appointed to provide cost control services for various projects, of which:

• Partial dismantling of the glass-porch on Plaza Saint-Hubert, a well-known shopping street;
• Rehabilitation works, secondary sewers, in various streets ;
• Work mitigation for some rebuilding on Notre-Dame Street;
• Reconstruction of sewers, water pipes, road system, traffic lights and lighting in several streets all over the city;
• Road system works, Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension borough
• Rehabilitation, public area surrounding the Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal (Montreal Fine Arts Museum), downtown Montreal
• Reconstruction of pavement where required, at bus stops and on various streets;
• Integrated project of a Bus Rapid Transit system on Pie-IX Boulevard, towards the north of the city.
