Casiloc is a subsidiary of Loto-Québec – the organization overseeing the various casinos in the province of Québec. More precisely, Casiloc is in charge of construction projects, procurement of furniture and equipment, and rentals for the various casinos.

Loto-Québec’s real-estate park covers over 432,000 sq. m. in several buildings. It includes commercial buildings such as the casinos, hotels and parking lots, and administration buildings.

Many of those were built between 1993 and 2001, and the real-estate park now requires some serious interventions, and development, rehabilitation and asset maintenance works are to be done in the upcoming years.

Amongst those projects, let us mention:

  • Relocation, Gaming Lounges and Prize Claim Counters ($8.5 M)
  • Fit-up, standard offices floor, 500 Sherbrooke West Street ($2.2 M)
  • Stripping and reconstruction of the envelope at “L’éperon”, the outside structure at the main door of Montréal Casino ($480 K)
  • Rehabilitation of the P10 Parking ($290 K), Montréal Casino
