The Commission des normes, de l’équité, la santé et de la sécurité du travail (Standards, Equity, and Occupational Health and Safety) proceeds to a complete renovation and expansion of its head office in Quebec City.

This represents a major project, considering that the building was built in 1970. Amongst others, it aims to regroup all activities and personnel on a same site, to achieve a better efficiency, and rationalize the real-estate park.

This project requires major interventions including asbestos removal, and will provide a modern and specifically adapted work environment to CNESST employees. It comprises:

  • Complete re-engineering of the building’s envelope, including a window façade;
  • New docking area;
  • New wing, with 700 work stations.
