With over 35,000 students, the English-Montréal School Board is the largest English public school board in Québec. It manages nearly 60 buildings.

The reconstruction of the EMSB’s real-estate park is estimated to be over $1 B. Some buildings are over 100 years old, some are less than 10 years old, for an average between 50 to 60 years old.

The reconstruction projects consist mostly in changing roofs, windows and doors, and other structural elements.

The EMSB aims also the rehabilitation of civil, mechanics, electrical and structural infrastructure.
