“L’Élégant” is part of a new collective 17-apartment program in Lyon’s first borough, in the heart of the Croix-Rousse neighbourhood, south of France. Soho planned an audacious architecture for this building.

Fornas Promotion developed a top of the edge design. With a view on the Fourviere hill and cathedral, the street’s calm, its closeness to shops and Lyon’s centre, all is there for the “L’Élégant” to become “the” reference.
