Commerz Real Investment GmbH undertakes the light renovation of common and private sections of the building located in Montrouge, Paris, France. To give a new identity to the building with a floral theme, both colored and contemporary, the central patio and the terraces on several floors will be renovated, along with offices.

With this modern image, the project aims to the creation of user-friendly common spaces for professionals in co working, common spaces at the reception and in the hall, and the renovation of the inter-company restaurant and cafeteria for workers in the building.

The renovation of the Cap-Sud building includes:

• Rehabilitation works in the offices;
• Creation of a co working space, vector of modernity, sharing and services;

The implementation of landscape link for all users: plantations and terraces for the central patio and terraces on some levels.
