Commerz Real Investment GmbH owns the real-estate complex “Étoile Saint-Honoré”, in Paris, France. This 26,000 sq. m. office complex offers a business centre in the basement, with meetings rooms and a 1,500 sq. m. versatile room. At the ground floor: a café, a reception, a gym, a post office and three separate entries for the 8-floor buildings. The building also offers three underground parking levels. By renovating the building, the owner is looking forward to give it its own identity, create a unity throughout the entire facilities by adding a contemporary look and user-friendly common spaces and ground floor reception area, while integrating the works from the SODEXO business partner.

The project is reflecting the modern look of the indoor street and the central space under the Roundhouse, and links indoors and outdoors with shape fluidity. It includes:

• Replacement of main doors on Balzac street with a vestibule and a glass canopy;
• Rehabilitation of the gardens both at the Café and the 25 Balzac Street, soil covering, vegetation and creation of an outdoor terrace;
• Replacement of the main stairs by a semi-circular stairs, adding elegance and movement to the business centre access.
