Rehabilitation and Expansion of Quebec City's airport

  • Quantity Surveying

The Jean-Lesage International Airport, in Quebec City, is rehabilitating and expanding its installations in a long term project ending in 2030, to reflect its growth. At the design phase, the project was concentrating on the expansion of the international arrivals area.

Works to be estimated were:

  • Rehabilitation and upgrading of a 1996 building;
  • Expansion of the airport and the construction of a new pier;
  • Basement under the pier and the departure hall;
  • Upgrading of the existing building;
  • Construction of a new heating room replacing the previous one;
  • Demolition and reconstruction of part of the roof.
