Vice President - Construction management
Engineer, Mr LeBEAU joined Macogep’s team in 2009. He cumulates over 12 years of experience in construction management, cost estimates, planning and worksite surveillance. He is currently Vice President, Construction Management, for the firm.
His track record includes projects in various sectors: commercial, industrial, residential, transport and hydro electricity. Those were completed for private and public clients such as the Société de transport de l’Outaouais (Outaouais Public Transit Corporation), the Société de transport de Laval (Laval Public Transit Corporation), Graymont, CBC Corporation, and the Société québécoise des infrastructures (Québec Infrastructure Corporation) – many of them with limitations due to projects to be done in an active environment.
His knowledge of the industry and his facility to lead all steps of a project contributed to the success of large-scale projects such as the Rapibus ($255 M), completed in design-construction within the planned schedule. BY privileging the whole-building approach, he focusses on collaboration, open dialog, and upstream implementation of optimal solutions. He valorises innovator technologies such as the BIM, to support simultaneous projects in accelerated mode, and to provide a greater flexibility adapted to the project’s progress.
Client-oriented leader, Mr LeBEAU overcomes the most complex and requiring situations. His ability to establish trusting relations contributes to the development of business partnerships, some of them still in place after 10 years.
Mr LeBEAU is fluent in both French and English. He is well-versed with the Office Suite and other software including MS Project, Revit, PROCORE and Primavera P6.
