Improve functionality of the space and the quality of the working environment while reducing its environmental footprint: These are the objectives of a complete overhaul of the Gaz Métro head office, taking a LEED approach.  As the project must be carried out without disrupting the head office’s operations, Macogep had to arrange temporary spaces for users and take advantage of vacation periods. Macogep’s efforts paid off since the building obtained LEED CI Silver certification, making Gaz Métro one of the North American leaders.
