Since its establishment in 2002, the circus troupe Les 7 doigts de la main has built an enviable reputation on both the national and international stage. In order to effectively manage its development, the troupe must quickly bring all of its creation, production and management activities under one roof. The troupe hires Macogep to manage the project, which involves renovating the former Just for Laughs Museum, housed in a heritage building, into a new centre. The new centre will serve as a meeting and identification space for the circus community in the Quartier des Spectacles, Montreal’s entertainment district, while also contributing to its events. Many challenges await Macogep in the implementation of this project, which combines technical complexity, heritage preservation and creative expression. With one objective:  to ensure the group it gets the best project possible while meeting budgets and schedules. The project is underway.
