The Frontenac transport hub is a building of the Société de transport de Montréal (Montreal Public Transit Corporation), built in 1956. Now obsolete, it required major reconstruction works to meet asset maintenance and upgrading to environmental and safety standards. This, to prolong the life of the building, while improving working conditions for the personnel.

The project included 20 intervention sectors to be achieved in a 20-year period, such as:

  • Pavement and drainage;
  • Land;
  • Architecture;
  • Structure;
  • Building mechanics;
  • Electricity;
  • Replacement of nine jacks.
