The École nationale de police du Québec needs more space and must group some of its operations. This requires reconstruction of the wing that burned down, the functional redevelopment of existing wings and construction of new buildings. The main challenge for Macogep is to coordinate the work, carried out in batches in “accelerated” mode, without interrupting the school’s activities. This will be achieved by setting up temporary facilities, close coordination with all stakeholders and rigorous planning of activities. A real balancing act.
