Audit and Review Process

Macogep conducts systematic and independent project reviews in order to find out if the objectives in terms of deliverables or management processes are reached.

 

Although the project purpose is its deliverables, Macogep audits and reviews, while the project is under way, all the management processes, tools, procedures and resources used.

 

Macogep’s audit helps to establish project performance in terms of quality and potential needs for adjustment requirements.

 

In addition, Macogep’s audit and review allows identifying the causes for unsatisfactory project performances and the means to eliminate or overcome them.

 

Two audit’s goals in particular are to bring drifting projects back on track and to improve future project governance.
